On-Campus Accommodation Booking Service
While participants may book hotels by their own during the summer school, the BioPro2015 organizer provides the extra service of booking the National Dong Hwa University Guest House located within the NDHU campus. The Guest House is within walking distance to the summer school venue. Its tranquility and comfort make it an ideal place to stay during the summer school. The discounted price is TWD 800 per night per person. Every two persons will share the same room with two double beds, and the breakfast is included in the room rate. The NDHU Guest house can accommodate a maximum number of 80 persons. First-come first-served policy is applied.
All rooms are equipped with free Internet, air conditioning, desk, lamp, hair dryer, TV, refrigerator, and electric kettle, as well as amenities such as toothpaste and toothbrush, shower gel, shampoo, soap, comb, shower cap, tea-bag, shaving knife, cotton tips, paper slippers, facial tissue, and mineral water. Simple buffet-style breakfast is included in the room fee. Check-in time is 15:00, and check-out time is 12:00.
Booking Procedure and Room Policies
Each participant is eligible to request for a bed in the registration questionaire, but the roommate will be assigned by the BioPro2015 organizer. Please be prepared to share a room with another participant at the NDHU Guest House. For academic faculties and industrial or international participants traveling with families, it may be possible to book a larger room. Full accommodation fee should be paid along with the registration fee to secure your booking. Rooms must be booked for either the whole duration of the summer school (2015/8/24-2015/8/31) or half the duration of the summer school, ie, first half (2015/8/24-2015/8/27) or second half (2015/8/27-2015/8/31). The table below summarizes the choices and corresponding prices. As the NDHU Guest House could be fully-booked quickly during the summer vacation, all participants are suggested to complete their registration and accommodation booking as early as possible. Cancellation can be made before July 31st, 2015. No refund can be made after this date.

Off Campus Accommodation
In cases the NDHU Guest House does not meet your needs, the following two off-campus Bed-and-Breakfast Lodges are recommended. Both are located near the NDHU campus, and both agree to offer special discounts to participants of the BioPro2015 Summer School.

Booking Procedure and Special Offers
Booking the off-campus accommodation can be made by contacting with the lodges directly. For BioPro2015 Summer School participants, Corazon B&B and Yueting Garden B&B offer 10% discount off the listed room rate as long as the booking period is longer than (or equal to) two nights.
